I got great value for my money at River Park Homestay And Hostel. The room was clean and spacious, and the location was perfect - close to the beach and away from the touristy areas. The staff treated me like family and were incredibly helpful throughout my stay.

The morning meal could use some improvement.

The staff's Asian breakfast gave me a mouthwatering taste of their homecooked food. And I absolutely loved how they managed to make the dorm room feel like a dining area with their ingenious arrangement.

Oh, I just adored how the nearest airport was so conveniently far away. Such a delight.

Always stay at River Park, no regrets. Lost wallet, staff found it. Everything I need: Wi-Fi, parking, kitchen, AC. Airport shuttle, laundry. Love cycling, beach access, loungers. No pets, 24-hr reception. Coming back weekend.

I stayed at a homestay by the beach and it was amazing! The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and some small restaurants nearby. The room was cozy and clean, and I had a view of the beautiful garden. The staff were incredibly kind and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, especially the banh mi and coffee. Plus, I could rent a motor scooter to explore the area. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach vibes.

I wish the homestay had more facilities, such as a swimming pool or a gym.

I had a wonderful time at River Park Homestay. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful Han Oi beach, just a short walk away. The comfortable and wide room provided a peaceful retreat after a day of beach activities. The hospitality of the staff, especially Lan, was exceptional. She went above and beyond, offering me a ride to the city and arranging transportation to the airport. Her excellent English made communication a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel for a beachside getaway.

I recently stayed at this lovely homestay for a week during my vacation in Vietnam. Lan and her sister were the friendliest hosts I've encountered, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach where they provide free sun loungers. The beds were comfortable and the showers were the best I've experienced in Asia. The breakfast they provided every morning was delicious, and Lan even helped me practice riding a motorbike. I can't recommend this place enough!

Our stay there was so dope. The location was chill, right by the river and just a short walk to the beach. The highlight was hitting up Montgomerie Links and BRG Da Nang Golf Resort, where we crushed it on the greens. So much fun and totally worth it if golf is your vibe.

The only thing that could've been turned up a notch was the party scene. It was kinda mellow and we were hoping for a more lively vibe for us young party-goers.
